Winnie the Pooh has always had a special place in my heart, especially because of the emotion and deep meaning found in A.A. Milne’s stories. And not to mention, the absolutely adorable characters. My favorite are Eeyore, Piglet and of course Pooh! In this bit of a different video, I show you how I did a DIY Winnie the Pooh picnic that includes snacks, the famous Hunny Pot (I know!) and some DIY Pooh ears. I think these crafts are great for parties as well! Also, this video kind of unintentionally turned into a Winnie the Pooh Disneybounding video! These bunny tail/butt cupcakes are the perfect little sweet treat for spring and Easter! I especially loved these because they are a copy cat recipe for the Hostess Sno Balls, which reminds me so much of my childhood. The chocolaty inside and marshmallow frosting toped with coconut is just delightful 🙂

I wanted to create a look that was soft and simple, but also made me feel like a doll :). I call it “Pink Sweetheart” because it pretty and pink (duh, Vicky) and for some reason makes me feel like Molly Ringwald lol. When attempting to be fit, one of the hardest parts for many is keeping up with the workouts. At least when comes to eating, food is already a part of our daily routine; we need to eat regardless to survive. However, in order to exercise we actually have to make an effort and take extra time out of our day, and that is where the problem lies for many. And, really, who can blame you? Many of us have work, school, a family, and other priorities. Exercising on top of all of that can seem like too much. But, what if I told you it is indeed very possible if you just planned ahead very strategically and took small steps? One of the reasons exercising seems tough is because many of us imagine that we have to put at minimum an hour at the gym or have to go out and jog for a crazy amount of time, but that really is not the case. If you have a busy life, like many of us do, or you are barely starting to get on track with working out there is no need to go all crazy like you’re in boot camp. You can actually make it simple, like for example, taking 15 minuets out of your day to walk your dog. It’s not too tough, and you are adding some movement into your life!
Take me for example. I love to go out and run, but at times it could be time consuming, especially when I’ve had a long tiring day and have a billion other things to do. I will be the first to admit that the last thing I want to do is get my foot out the door. However, when that happens I remember that I do not have to go all crazy, and that I could just workout from home. Today more than ever there are so many ways we could get creative with exercise. Going on Pinterest and finding home workouts is one of my favorite things to do when I just don’t feel like leaving the house. It’s wonderful and there are so many different options to chose from. Also, YouTube. All hail mighty YouTube and the holy people who put their workout videos on there for free! All I do is turn on my laptop, long onto YouTube, find a video I like, and start exercising from my own living room. Ta-da! So with that said, all it really takes is a little bit of commitment and remember that we owe being healthy to ourselves and our body. We do not have to make exercising something difficult and time consuming. Plus, the information is there online for FREE! So, remember, whether you take a 15 minuet walk, do a small workout combination that was posted on Pinterest, or watch a short video on YouTube, it all counts! The important things is to not stop and always keep moving.

She is constantly putting different fun videos out there for free, and she is just inspirational. This video in particular is only 15 minuets (although she does have others that go on for longer) and it is wonderful because you get 1 mile worth of walking done.
